Condominium Law is another core area of our practice, in which we advise and represent both the community of owners and individual (future) owners, or administration of the unit on all legal aspects.
We advise our clients on the purchase (sale) of condominiums or partial ownership, and before or after condominium owners’ meetings. Representation in such meetings is also possible. We represent you in all issues relating to the implementation but also the challenging of resolutions of the condominium owners’ meeting, the preparation or review of partition declarations, the review of budgets or statements of accounts, and with regard to questions relating to the conclusion or termination of facility management contracts.
We do of course also represent our clients in court proceedings.
