We have extensive experience in handling reorganisations and restructuring (including staff cuts and transfer of undertakings), in drafting employment and termination contracts, and in designing incentive programs of any kind (bonus schemes, share options, etc.). We advise and represent you in negotiations with the works council, for example in respect of works agreements, reconciliations of interests, and social plans.
