This also includes the legal review of supplemental agreements, contractual penalties, and claims for damages. We support our clients in the acceptance procedure and represent them in respect of all issues that might arise in relation to performance, remuneration and liability, in particular also in connection with building defects.
Our legal support throughout the entire project phase is also aimed at preventing and resolving conflicts at an early stage.
