The purpose of the firm is to offer services within the area of legal advice and legal representation, further professional development, and legal information. The collection, processing and use of data serves to perform the stated purposes.

All collected personal data are on principle collected, processed and use only within the firm for the purposes mentioned above, and are not disclosed to any third party. Personal data are only disclosed upon approval of the party concerned or if required by prior ranking legal regulations.

7. Statutory periods for data deletion:

The legislator has prescribed various record retention obligations and periods. After expiry of these periods, the corresponding data are usually deleted. Insofar as data are not affected thereby, they are deleted when the aforementioned purposes cease to apply.
