Employment Law for Employees and Works Councils

We advise and represent employees with regard to the rights and obligations arising from the conclusion, performance and termination of employment relationships.

Our activities include the assertion of claims from employment relationships, e.g. payment of outstanding salaries (including bonus payments, special payments, and other forms of remuneration), issuing and correction of testimonials, revocation of warnings, enabling part-time work and taking of parental leave. If necessary, we enforce your claims in court.

Our work specifically focuses on advice and representation in and out of court in connection with the termination of employment relationships. In suitable cases we negotiate with employers to find mutually agreeable solutions in the form of severance and settlement agreements. We are greatly experienced in conducting dismissal protection proceedings, also in consideration of the special dismissal protection for particular groups of persons (e.g. members of works councils, employees during parental leave, disabled persons).

We advise and represent works councils on all individual and collective bargaining issues, both in court hearings and out of court negotiations as well as before conciliation boards.
